Jameson Turns One

Maybe it’s because I’m a mom now, but photographing first birthday’s are one of my favorites!!

When this client reached out to me, she asked if we could do a family session, along with some photos documenting their son Jameson turning one. She asked if we could do some smash cake photos as well, and I of course said yes!

We started this session at the park, getting Jameson warmed up to me (which didn’t take long LOL) taking photos of him by himself, along with photos with mom and dad. He was a dream to photograph, we had a great time laughing at all of his cute expressions.

Lastly, we wrapped up the shoot with a smash cake back at their house. Mom got him the cutest hat (to match his party theme) along with a large #1 balloon. After dad showed him how to dig into the cake, he did not waste any time!
